Hello, we are Conambiki!
Our association, headquartered in Germany, was founded in 2020 by a group of young people who were inspired by their experiences as volunteers or travelers in Namibia. These encounters with different cultures and ways of life sparked in us the desire to make a sustainable contribution.
Over the years, our team has grown continuously and has evolved into a dynamic group characterized by the diversity of its members. Our team members bring a wide range of qualifications and experiences — from education and sustainable development to social sciences, communication, and project management. This interdisciplinary composition enables us to view projects from different perspectives and to develop innovative solutions that address the complex challenges of our work.
A key element of our work is close collaboration with local partners. Together, we support projects that are tailored to the specific needs and living conditions of the local people. This participatory approach is intended to ensure that our initiatives are sensitive and geared towards long-term impact. We are proud to be part of a global movement committed to social justice and sustainable development.
